阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗稳定型心绞痛的效果观察

目的：探讨采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗稳定型心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法选取2010年12月～2012年12月收治的稳定型心绞痛患者236例，通过随机数表法分成3组。A组（治疗组78例）、B1组（对照1组78例）、B2组（对照2组80例）。分别采用不同的方法对各组患者给予治疗，对比每组患者完成治疗后获得的临床效果。结果在治疗的总有效率方面，A组患者高于B1组与B2组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。在出现冠脉综合征（急性）疾病概率方面，A1组患者低于B1组与B2组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对稳定型心绞痛患者，采用阿托伐他汀＋曲美他嗪进行治疗，最终患者临床治疗效果表现确切。

Observing the clinical effects of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in curing stable angina

Objective To investigate clinical effects of patients with stable angina using atorvastatin＋trimetazidine.Methods A hospital had 236 cases of patients with stable angina in December 2010~December 2012, by a random number table method these cases are divided into three groups. A group（treatment group, 78 cases）, B1（control group 78 cases）, B2 group（control group 80 cases）. Different methods were used for each treatment group and clinical results were compared .Results In the total effective rate, A and B1 group were higher than the B2 group（P〈0.05）. Considering coronary syndrome（acute）probability, A group were lower than B1 and B2 group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion For patients with stable angina, the clinical outcomes of atorvastatin＋trimetazidine treatment had exact performance.
