冠心病患者住院不同阶段健康教育需求调查分析

目的了解冠心病患者住院不同阶段的健康教育需求，促进护士有针对性地开展健康教育，促进患者恢复健康。方法根据心血管内科健康教育项目并结合冠心病病因、诱因、治疗内容设计问卷调查表，对96例冠心病住院患者进行人院时、治疗期间和出院期不同阶段的健康教育需求调查。结果冠心病患者入院阶段主要的健康需求有治疗方案、预期效果，目前病情和相关检查的意义；住院治疗期间主要需求有用药时间、方法、注意事项及不良反应，自我护理的方法；康复出院阶段主要表现在对冠心病诱发因素及预防方法，定期复诊时间与方法的需求。结论冠心病患者入院阶段、住院治疗期间、康复出院阶段对健康问题的首要需求得到凸显，使护士能有计划、有针对性地进行冠心病患者的健康教育。

Investigation on Demands of Coronary Heart Disease Patients at Different Phases for Health Education

Objective To investigate the demands of coronary heart disease patients at different phases for health education,to help nurse to implement health education pertinently and to promote patients' recovery.Methods 96 coronary heart disease patients at the phase of hospitalization,the phase of treatment and the phase of discharging were investigated about their demands for health education.The questionnaire was designed according to items of health education,causing factors,inducement and contents of treatment.Results Demands of patients at the phase of hospitalization included treating plans,expected effect,current situation of disease and significances of relative exams.Demands at the phase of treatment included time and method of taking medicine,notices,adverse reactions and methods of self care.Those at the phase of discharging included inducement of coronary heart disease,methods of preventions and time of further consultation with the doctor.Conclusion Primary demands for health education of coronary heart disease patients are investigated,which can make nurses implement health education for patients pertinently.
