| 摘 要： | 目的:研究凋亡抑制基因Survivin、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial groth factor, VEGF)、p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达,并探讨其临床意义.方法:用免疫组织化学SP法,对60例乳腺癌组织(A组)、22例乳腺良性增生组织(B组)及10例乳腺癌旁正常组织(C组)中的Survivin、VEGF及p53蛋白进行检测.结果:Survivin阳性表达率在A组和B组分别为76.7%(46/60) 和18.2%(4/22),在C组不表达(P＜0.05);Survivin表达与乳腺癌病理组织学分级、HER2表达有关.VEGF阳性表达率在A组和B组分别为73.3%(44/60)和31.8%(7/22),在C组为10%(1/10)(P＜0.05);VEGF表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移、病理组织学分级、HER2表达及临床分期有关.p53阳性表达率在A组和B组分别为51.7%(31/60)和13.6%(3/22),在C组不表达(P＜0.05);p53表达与乳腺癌肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、病理组织学分级、HER2表达及临床分期均有关.在乳腺癌组织中Survivin的表达与VEGF、p53的表达呈正相关.结论:Survivin、VEGF及p53 在A组的表达明显高于B组和C组,并与转移和病理分级等生物学特征有关,在乳腺癌发生、发展中可能起重要作用,Survivin有望成为乳腺癌基因治疗的新靶点. |
