血清胰岛素样生长因子-1与高血压前期的联系

目的研究高血压前期与胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）之间的关系，探讨高血压的相关发病机制，从而为高血压的早预防、早诊断、早治疗提供新的思路和理论依据。方法采用自然抽样法选择天津市内六区的40—70岁常住居民非高血压390例为研究对象，根据血压水平分为高血压前期组（195例）与正常血压对照组（195例），对其进行全面体检。采用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）法测定两组的IGF-1水平，然后进行统计分析。结果高血压前期组IGF-1水平（114．81±72．62）μg／L]明显高于正常血压对照组（99．48±62．08）wg／L]，差异有统计学意义（t=2．241，P〈0．05）。logistic多元回归分析显示，IGF-1水平、性别、年龄和体质指数为高血压前期的相关独立危险因素OR值分别为1．637（95％CI：1．056—2．536）、2．092（95％CI：1．213—3．607）、2．035（95％CI：1．469—2．821）和3．190（95％CI：2．052～4．958），P〈0．05]。结论高血压前期患者的IGF-1水平升高，IGF-1可能参与了高血压前期的发生与发展。

Relationship between the level of serum insulin-like growth factor-1 and pre-hypertension

Objective To study the relationship between the level ofserum insulin-like growth factor-1 （IGF-1） andpre-hypertension, to explore the mechanism of hypertension and to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for early prevention, diagnosis and treatment of hypertension. Methods In present study, 390 non-hypertension residents from 6 districts of Tianjin served as the subjects, who were divided into pre-hypertension group （ 195 cases） and control group （ 195 cases）. The physical examinations were performed and the serum IGF-1 levels were detected by ELISA assay for two groups. The data was analyzed statistically. Results The level （114.81±72.62） μg/L] of IGF-1 in pre-hypertension group was significantly higher than that （99.48±62.08） μg/L] in control group （P〈0.05）. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that serum IGF-1 level （OR=1.637, 95%CI： 1.056-2.536）, gender （OR=2.092, 95%CI： 1.213-3.607）, age （OR=2.035, 95%CI： 1.469-2.821 ） and body mass index （OR=3.190, 95%CI： 2.052-4.958 ） were the independent risk factors of pre-hypertension （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The level of serum IGF-1 enhanced in patients with pre-hypertension, and IGF-1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of pre-hypertension.
