摘    要:目的 探讨高斯两步移动搜索法空间可达性模型在医院布局评价中的应用。方法 借助搜狗网络地图服务应用程序接口,使用高斯两步移动搜索法测算街道/乡镇尺度下上海市三级医院空间可达性指数,评价其空间分布。结果 距离阈值为60分钟时,“5+3+1”项目实施使上海市三级医院空间可达性指数均值从1.65提升至1.98,中心城区该指标均值为3.63,郊区(县)为1.03。结论 高斯两步移动搜索法空间可达性模型评价医院布局具有方法学优越性;“5+3+1”项目改善上海市三级医院水平与布局,但地区差异依然存在。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of Gaussian 2SFCA accessibility model to evaluate hospitals layout. Methods With Sogou web map service API function, Gaussian 2SFCA accessibility model was used to evaluate the layout of tertiary hospitals in Shanghai. Results The city's Gaussian 2SFCA accessibility index average increased from 1.65 to 1.98 when =60 minutes because of "5+3+1" project;Urban's index average was 3.63 and suburb's index average was 1.03.Conclusion Gaussian 2SFCA accessibility model was the effective method of evaluation of the hospital layout, In Shanghai, urban-rural difference of tertiary hospitals layout was obvious even after "5+3+1" project being finished.
