| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾移植术后肺部感染的防治。方法：对1123例肾移植术后并发肺部感染的110例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：101例肺部感染临床治愈，11例ARDS中抢救成功2例，死亡9例。病原菌分布：细菌感染69例（63％），巨细胞病毒（CMV）感染20例（18％），真菌感染16例（15％），结核菌感染8例（7％），病原菌不明9例（8％）。结论：细菌是肾移植术后肺部感染的主要致病菌；早期作出病原学诊断是治疗肾移植术后肺部感染的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of the pulmonary infection after renal transplant. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 110 cases with pulmonary infection after renal transplant.Results 101 cases had been cured, and 2 cases survived and 9 cases died in 11 patients with ARDS. The infection including 69 cases by germs, 20 cases by cytomegalovirus, 16 cases by fungus and 8 cases by tuberculosis. The proportion rates were 63%, 18%, 15% and 7% respectively. Conclusions Bacteria is the major pathogen in post-renal transplant infection. An early etiological diagnosis is necessary for the treatment of pulmonary infection after renal transplant. |
