| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对椎动脉型颈椎病诊断的临床价值。方法应用高频彩色多普勒超声诊断仪(高频探头,频率:7～10 MHz)检测692例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,观察椎动脉的走行、管壁、管腔、有无压迫及其血流情况,测量各段椎动脉内径。结果超声诊断椎动脉型颈椎病的符合率为93.6%,根据椎动脉型颈椎病的超声声像图特点,将692例椎动脉型颈椎病分为5大类,走行变异11例(1.6%),走向迂曲354例(51.2%),狭窄191例(27.6%),斑块79例(11.4%),闭塞13例(1.9%)。结论高频彩色多普勒超声诊断椎动脉型颈椎病的符合率高,无创、无痛,具有较高的临床应用价值。
