| 摘 要： | 目的探讨股前外侧皮瓣游离移植修复四肢蛇伤溃疡的临床疗效。方法2004年6月到2009年11月,采用股前外侧皮瓣游离移植修复四肢蛇咬伤后皮肤软组织溃疡19例,皮瓣面积14cm×8cm～30cm×15cm。结果术后19例皮瓣全部成活,经6～18个月随访,皮瓣皮肤无破溃,质地良好,外形与功能恢复满意。结论股前外侧皮瓣供区隐蔽、血管蒂长、血运可靠、可切取面积大,是修复四肢蛇伤溃疡的理想皮瓣。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of repairing snakebite ulcer in limbs with anterolateral thigh flap.Methods From June 2004 to November 2009,19 cases of snakebite ulcer in limbs were treated with anterolateral thigh flaps.The size of the dissected flaps ranged from 14cm×8cm to 30cm×15cm.Results All flaps survived completely.The follow-up ranged from 6 months to 18 months.The flaps recovered well in appearance with satisfactory quality and no skin ulcer.Conclusion Anterolateral thigh flap is an ideal flap for repairing snakebite ulcer in limbs as it has such advantages as covert part,long vascular pedicle and adequate blood supply. |
