| 摘 要： | 目的分析腹部闭合性损伤的临床特征和诊疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2005年5月～2008年5月接诊的141例腹部闭合性损伤患者的临床诊治资料。结果经治疗125例治愈（88.7%）,出现并发症17例（12.1%）,死亡16例（11.3%）。结论腹部闭合性损伤起病急,病情严重,医务人员及时确诊并采取有效的治疗措施,可有效挽救患者生命健康。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of blunt abdominal trauma.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital since May 2005 to May 2008 admissions of 141 cases of blunt abdominal trauma patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment information.Results 125 patients were treated and cured（88.7%）,complications in 17 patients（12.1%）,death in 16 cases（11.3%）.Conclusion Blunt abdominal trauma begins abruptly,with a serious condition,medical staff diagnosed a timely manner and take effective treatment measures,which can effectively save lives and health of patients. |
