基层医院手术室医护协调性配合访视分析

目的了解手术医生对手术护理服务满意度,制定有效的改进措施,提高手术护理服务的质量和水平。方法选择本院2007年10月至2009年12月间手术室医护协调性配合的手术医生56人为访视对象,有效问卷3640份。结果手术医生对手术护士服务态度、责任心方面满意度较高（〉90%）;对基础护理、护理管理方面满意度高低不均衡（81.35%～90.08%和70.38%～93.93%）;对应急处理、新业务新技术领悟力等专科技术方面满意度较低（〈80%）。结论应提高基层医院手术护士的基础护理质量,强化危机意识和学习紧迫感,更新思想观念、完善知识结构,加强专科知识和技能培训,优化手术护理服务工作流程;注重手术室医护协调性配合访视,充分利用访视信息,不断改进手术护理服务质量。

The visiting analysis of the medical treatment and nursing coordination in operating room of primary hospital

Objective To make out the satisfactory degree of surgery doctor to the surgery nurse＇s service,to work out effective improvement measures,to enhance the quality and level of surgery nurse＇s service.Methods 56 surgery doctors in operating room to make medical treatment and nursing coordination were selected as interviewee from Oct 2007 to Dec 2009.Effective questionnaire were 3640.Results Satisfactory degree of surgery doctor to surgery nurse＇s service attitude,the sense of responsibility aspect were high （90%）;to foundation nursing,the nursing management were imbalanced （81.35%～90.08% and 70.38%～93.93%）;to emergency processing,new technique for professional training technology aspect were comparatively low（ 80%）.Conclusion Improving the basic unit hospital surgery nurse＇s foundation nursing quality;strengthening crisis consciousness and the sense of urgency studying,updated ideas,perfect knowledge structure;strengthening the specialist knowledge and skills training,optimized surgery nurse service work flow;taking full advantage of visiting information are useful to improve the surgery nurse service quality.
