伴房颤的大面积脑梗死51例临床分析

目的探讨伴有房颤的大面积脑梗死的临床特征、治疗及预后。方法对2006年1月～2008年12月期间我科收治的51例伴有房颤的大面积脑梗死患者资料进行临床分析。结果老年伴有房颤的大面积脑梗死患者房颤主要由冠心病引起。高龄、意识障碍、病变面积大、并发症多是死亡的主要因素。结论非风湿性心脏病房颤引起的大面积脑梗死在老年人中较风湿性多见,抗凝治疗及控制血压、血糖等危险因素可减少大面积脑梗死的发生及复发。

The clinical analysis of 51 cases of large area cerebral infarction with atrial fibrillation

Objective To probe into the clinical features,treatment and prognosis of large area cerebral infarction with atrial fibrillation.Methods The 51 patients of large area cerebral infarction with atrial fibrillation were analysed,these patients admitted into our department during January 2006～December 2008.Results Most atrial fibrillation of large area cerebral infarction with in aged patients caused by coronary heart disease.Senility,unconsciousness,large pathological size and complications were major factors in death.Conclusion Large area cerebral infarction in aged caused by nonrheumatic heart disease atrial fibrillation is common compare with those caused by rheumatic heart disease atrial fibrillation.Anticoagulation and control the risk factors such as blood pressure,blood sugar can reduce the occurrence and recurrence of large area cerebral infarction.
