肾病综合征患者与健康者血清蛋白和血脂水平比较

目的比较肾病综合征患者和健康者血清蛋白和血脂水平。方法选择50例确诊为肾病综合征患者和30例健康对照者,检测两组血清总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三脂、载脂蛋白A和B,采用t检验比较两组血清蛋白和血脂水平,并对50例肾病综合征患者进行随访。结果肾病综合征患者血清总蛋白、白蛋白均明显低于健康对照组,而α2、β蛋白、总胆固醇、载脂蛋白B均明显高于健康对照组,差别具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;12例肾病综合征患者发生心血管事件及肾功能衰竭,这12例患者血清白蛋白水平与其他患者相比明显降低（12.3±3.4g/Lvs21.6±1.8g/L）,差别具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肾病综合征患者血清蛋白和血脂水平与健康者相比,存在明显差异。血清低白蛋白水平与心血管事件及肾功能衰竭发生相关。

Comparison of serum protein and cholesterol level between nephrotic syndrome and normal people

Objective To investigate the differences of serum protein and cholesterol level between patients with nephrotic syndrome and normal people.Methods Enrolled 50 patients of nephrotic syndrome and 30 normal control people,and evaluated serum total protein,albumin,total cholesterol,triglycerid,apolipoprotein A and B.Compared these items level by t-test and the 50 nephrotic syndrome patients were followed up.Results Serum total protein,albumin was significantly lower in nephrotic syndrome group compared with normal control group,whereas α2,β-protein,total cholesterol and apolipoprotein B were significantly higher in nephrotic syndrome group compared with normal control group（P〈0.05）.Twelve cases of cardiovascular events and renal failure happened in patients with nephrotic syndrome.It was significantly different of serum albumin level between the 12 patients and other patients with nephrotic syndrome（12.3±3.4g/L vs 21.6±1.8g/L,P〈0.05）.Conclusion There is a significant difference of serum protein and cholesterol level between patients with nephrotic syndrome and normal people,and serum albumin level is associated with cardiovascular events and renal failure.
