七氟烷对新斯的明拮抗维库溴铵肌松作用的影响

目的观察吸入1MAC七氟烷对新斯的明拮抗维库溴铵肌松效应过程中的影响。方法75例全麻患者，随机分为丙泊酚组与吸入1MAC七氟烷组，再根据是否应用新斯的明拮抗维库溴铵及拮抗时机分为P、PT2组与S、ST2、ST4组5个亚组，PT2与ST2组在T2、ST4组在T4重新出现时静注新斯的明0．035mg／kg与阿托品O．02mg／kg．P、S组不用拈抗药。PT2、ST2、ST4组观察新斯的明静注后到TOFr恢复至0．7、0．9的时间；P、S组观察T2重新恢复时至TOFr恢复至0．7、0．9的时间。结果与P组比较．S组TOFr恢复至0．7、0．9的时间较长＋PT2组恢复时间较短；ST2组TOFr恢复时间较S组短，较PT2组长；ST4组TOFr恢时间与Pr2组近似。结论1MAC七氟烷可干扰新斯的明拮抗维库溴铵肌松效应的过程，延缓肌力恢复。

The effect of sevoflurane on the antagonism of vecuronium induced neuromuscular blockade by neostigmin

Objective To observe the effect of sevoflurane on the antagonism of vecuronium induced neuromuscular blockade by neostigmin. Methods 75 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ female patients with general anesthesia were randomly divided iuto 2 groups, group propoful and group inhalation of sevoflurane 1 MAC.According to whether tbe prescribed application of neustigmin antag- onistic vecuronium and antagonistic time, the patients were divided into five subgroups,group P,group PT2 and group S,group ST2 and group ST4.When T2 or T4 reappeared, neostigmine 0.035mg/kg and atropine 0.02mg/kg was given for five subgroups, but P group and S group did not antagonist.To observe the time of TOFr restored to 0.7,0.9. Results Compared with group P, the time of TOFr restored to 0.7 and 0.9 were longer in S Group （P〈0.05）,and those were shorter in group PT2（P〈0.05）.The time of TOFr restored to 0.7 and 0.9 were shorter in group ST2 than group S （P〈0.05）.And those were longer in group ST2 compared with group PT2（P〈0.05）.The time of TOFr restored to 0.7 and 0.9 were approximate between group ST4 and group PT2,no signif- icant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Inhalation of sevoflurane 1 MAC significantly enhances the neuromuscular block and delays the onset of neustigmine as an antagonist of vecuronium.
