阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者血浆脑钠素的变化

目的观察单纯阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）和OSAHS合并高血压患者的血浆脑钠素（BNP）水平的变化。方法受试者共61例,均给予多导睡眠监测并测量血压。受试者分为3组：单纯OSAHS组,OSAHS合并高血压组,正常对照组。血浆BNP采用放射免疫法测定。结果单纯OSAHS组及OSAHS合并高血压组血浆BNP较对照组显著增高（P〈0.01）;OSAHS合并高血压组血浆BNP较单纯OSAHS组增高（P〈0.05）。结论BNP在OSAHS的发病中可能起着重要作用。

The changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels in patients with obstructive sleep opnea-hypopnea syndrome

Objective To investigate the significance of the changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS）.Methods There were 61 subjects,all of them underwent whole night polysomnography （PSG） and measured blood pressure.Plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results The concentration of plasma BNP in cases of OSAHS and OSAHS with hypertension were higher than controls （P0.01）;the concentration of plasma BNP in cases of OSAHS with hypertension were higher than those without hypertension significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion BNP is involved in the pathophysiological process of OSAHS.
