uPA和MMP-9在胃癌组织中的表达及意义

目的研究胃癌组织中尿激酶型纤维蛋白溶解酶原激活剂（uPA）和基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP-9）的表达及与临床病理特征的关系，以及二者的关系。方法运用免疫组化SP法检测56例胃癌组织和56例正常胃黏膜组织中uPA和MMP-9的表达。结果胃癌组织中uPA和MMP-9的表达率分别为76．79％和80136％，高于正常黏膜中uPA和MMP-9的表达率（分别为46．43％和48．21％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；uPA表达与MMP-9表达呈正相关（P〈0．05）。低分化癌中uPA及MMP-9的表达强于高分化癌，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；有淋巴结转移组中uPA和MMP-9的表达强于无淋巴结转移组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论uPA和MMP-9的表达与胃癌的浸润及转移密切相关，uPA和MMP-9的表达具有协同性。二者的联合检测可作为判断胃癌发展及预后的分子指标。

Expression of uPA and MMP-9 in gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of urokinasetype plasminogen activator （uPA） and matrixmetallopmteinase-9 （MMP-9） in gastric cancer. Methods The expression of uPA and MMP-9 in 56 cases of gastric cancer and 56 cases of bening disease （as control）was determined with immunohistochemical S-P assay. Results The positive expression rates of uPA and MMP-9 in 56 cases of gastric cancer were 76.79% and 80.36% ,respectively,which were significant higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Invasive gastric cancer showed a higher reactivity for both uPA and MMP-9 than superficial gas- tric cancer （P〈0.05）. The expression of uPA and MMP-9 was relate to tumor grade, growth and lymphnode metastasis in gastric cancer （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The overexpression of uPA and MMP-9 in gastric cancer is closely correlated with tumor inva- sion and metastasis.The overexpression and coexpression of uPA and MMP-9 in gastric cancer indicates that the combined de- tection of the two biomarkers can be used as useful biomarkers for the prognosis of gastric cancer.
