腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术52例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗特殊部位子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法选择2007年6月到2008年9月在我院妇产科行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术且无合并其他部位子宫肌瘤、无其它联合手术、无内外科合并症者共52例，观察手术时间、术巾出血量、术中术后并发症、术后住院日。结果52例手术均获成功，术中出血量20～320ml，平均85．00±65．23ml；手术时间（110．56-41．35）min；术后肛门排气（1．79±0．25）d；术后住院天数（6．81±1．32）d，无1例子宫肌层血肿形成；无严重并发症。结论腹腔镜下特殊部位子宫肌瘤剔除术是可行的、安全的。

Clinical analysis of 52 cases operationally treated under aid of laparoscopic myomectomy

Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoseopic Myomectomy. Methods We Select 52 patients, who are treated under aid of laparoscopic Myomectomy and no merging other parts of the uterine fibroids, no other co-operative, non-surgical complications, from June 2007 to September 2008 in the obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital. We observe the operation time, blood loss, complications in intraoperative and postoperative and postoperative hospital stay. Results 52 cases are successful surgery, Intraoperative blood loss 20 - 320ml, an average of 85.00 ± 65.23ml; operative time（110.56±41.35） rain; postoperative anal discharge（1.79±0.25）d; postoperative hospitalization days（6.81 ±1.32）d. Operative time, bleeding volume and number of fibroids is no significant difference （P〉0.05）; Operative time, bleeding and fibroid size, location have a significant sta- tistical significance （P〈0.05）, without a uterine muscle hecatomb formation; no serious complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic Myomectomy is feasible and safe.
