薄芝糖肽降低消化道肿瘤辅助化疗不良反应的疗效评价

目的评价薄芝糖肽降低消化道肿瘤辅助化疗不良反应的疗效。方法 80例消化道肿瘤术后患者随机分为2组,治疗组及对照组各40例。治疗组:薄芝糖肽联合化疗,8 mL/d,静滴,于每周期化疗第1天始,连续14 d。对照组:单纯化疗。评价治疗前后两组血液学、胃肠道、肝功能、变态反应、外周神经毒性及生活质量变化。结果治疗后,治疗组的血液学毒性、胃肠道毒性、变态反应毒性及周围神经系统毒性均低于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的肝脏毒性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组生活质量较治疗前均有所下降(P<0.05),治疗后,治疗组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论薄芝糖肽不仅可以减轻化疗的血液学毒性、胃肠道毒性、变态反应毒性、周围神经毒性,不增加肝脏毒性,而且可以明显提高患者的生活质量,是一种安全、有效、低毒的化疗辅助用药。

Curative effect evaluation of polysaccharide kureha on reducing chemotherapy side effects of digestive tract cancer

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of polysaccharide kureha on reducing chemotherapy side effects of digestive tract cancer. Methods 80 cases of digestive tract cancer patients suffering operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group:chemotherapy only.The treatment group:chemotherapy with polysaccharide kureha,8 mL/d,from the 1st day to the 14th day as a chemotherapy cycle.The gastrointestinal tract effect,liver function,blood allergy,peripheral nerve toxicity and the life quality were evaluated between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,there were statistical differences in hematology toxicity,gastrointestinal tract toxicity,allergy toxicity and peripheral nervous system toxicity(P<0.05);there was no difference in liver toxicity between the two groups(P>0.05).The life quality of the two groups were both declined compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment. Conclusion Polysaccharide kureha can not only alleviate the hematology toxicity,gastrointestinal tract toxicity,allergy toxicity,peripheral nerve toxicity and liver toxicity caused by chemotherapy,but also improve the patients′ life quality,it is a safe,effective and low toxic chemotherapy adjuvant drug.
