纳米碳示踪剂在乳腺癌腋窝前哨淋巴结活检中的应用

目的探讨纳米碳混悬注射液对乳腺癌前哨淋巴结示踪的效果。方法 2011年6月至2012年6月对36例乳腺癌患者在术前进行注射纳米碳混悬液注射行前哨淋巴结示踪。术前30 min,于乳晕周围分4点皮下均匀注射,找到腋窝黑染淋巴结确定为前哨淋巴结。结果本组成功检查前哨淋巴结34例,检出前哨淋巴结62枚,平均每例患者检出1.82枚。检出率为94.4%(34/36),准确率为91.6%(33/36),灵敏度为93.3%(14/15),假阴性率6.6%(1/15),假阳性率为0。结论纳米碳混悬液作为示踪剂能够达到良好的淋巴结示踪效果,能够准确判定腋窝分期,指导选择性的腋窝淋巴结清扫,从而减少术后并发症的发生。

Application of carbon nanoparticle suspension injection into the mammary gland in the sentinel lymph node biopsy for breast cancer

Objective To explore the tracing effect of carbon nanoparticle suspension injection in the sentinel lymph node(SLN)biopsy of breast cancer. Methods From June 2011 to June 2012,36 patients with breast cancer underwent lymphatic tracing with a carbon nanparticle.The carbon nanparticle suspension was subcutaneously injected around the areola at 30 min before operation.The lymph nodes blacked were named SLN. Results The detection rate of SLN was 94.4%(34/36).The correct,sensitive and false negative rates were 91.6%(33/36),93.3%(14/15) and 6.6%(1/15),respectively. Conclusion The carbon nanoparticle suspension injected subcutaneously around areola in SLN biopsy is helpful for accurately evaluating axillary lymph node condition and decreases the extension of surgery and postoperative complication in patients with breast cancer.
