| 摘 要： | 目的评价在配戴角膜塑形镜中使用卡波姆眼液的临床疗效。方法 164例(328眼)患者均接受正规角膜塑形镜验配,并随机分为治疗组(82例,164眼)及对照组(82例,164眼),治疗组使用卡波姆眼液,对照组使用舒润液滴眼,观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组试戴期及戴镜后1 d、1周、1个月的球结膜充血发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在试戴期及戴镜后1 d、1周、1个月的角膜上皮缺损发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡波姆滴眼液对因近视配戴角膜塑形镜青少年的眼表结膜及角膜上皮起到保护和修复作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of carbomer eyedrop on the orthokeratology. Methods 164 cases of 328 eyes were divided into treatment group and control group,82 cases of 164 eyes in each group.Treatment group was given carbomer eyedrops,while control group was given rewetting drops. Results The conjunctival congestion rate of treatment group during trial periods,1 day,1 week and 1 month after wearing lens was significant lower compared with control group(P<0.05).The epithelial deficiency rate of the treatment group during trial periods,1 day,1 week and 1 month after wearing lens was significant lower compared with control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Carbomer eyedrop can protect and repaire the conjunctive and corneal epithelium in young orthokeratological wearers. |
