瑞舒伐他汀钙对高龄冠心病患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙对高龄患有冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用。方法 58例高龄冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并颈动脉粥样硬化的患者给予口服瑞舒伐他汀钙10mg/次,1次/d,治疗1年,分别监测治疗前和治疗3、6、9个月及1年时总胆固醇(TC)含量、三酰甘油(TG)浓度、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)含量以及高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)含量的水平和颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT),并推算颈动粥样硬化斑块的积分值。结果与治疗前比较,治疗3个月时血清中TC、TG、LDL-C的浓度水平降低(P<0.05),血清中HDL-C的浓度水平增高(P<0.05);治疗6、9个月及1年时,TC、TG及LDL-C水平显著降低(P<0.01),HDL-C水平显著增加(P<0.01);颈动脉粥样硬化斑块积分与IMT药物治疗1年时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀钙能明显改善冠心病患者血清中血脂的浓度,还能稳定及逐渐减少动脉粥样硬化斑块。

Effect of rosuvastatin calcium on carotid atherosclerosis of the elderly patients with coronary disease

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of rosuvastatin calcium on the elderly patients with coronary disease coexisting with carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Methods 58 elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease coexisting with carotid arthrosclerosis were given oral 10mg rosuvastatin calcium daily for one year.The total cholesterol(TC),triglycerin(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and carotid intima media thickness(IMT) were respectively tested before oral administration and after treatment for three months,six months,nine months and one whole year.The integral value of carotid atherosclerotic plaques was also calculated. Results Compared with pre-treatment,the level of TC、TG、LDL-C were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the HDL-C increased after drug treatment for three months(P<0.05);the level of TC、TG、LDL-C decreased significantly while the HDL-C increased significantly after drug treatment for six months,nine months and one year(P<0.01).There was significant difference in integral value of carotid atherosclerotic plaques and carotid intima media thickness(IMT) after drug treatment for one year. Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium can improve the serum lipid concentration effectively and reduce the atherosclerotic plaque gradually.
