| 摘 要： | 本文报道了新生儿硬肿症33例患儿血气和酸碱平衡主要指标和检测资料。其结果显示多数患儿并发血气和酸碱平衡紊乱,主要为酸中毒和低氧血症。从资料统计分析中看出,其入院时的pH和BE值的改变对本症预后有显著的影响。

| Abstract: | Blood gas and acid-base measurement in 33 cases of neonatal scleredemaare reported in this article. The result showed that acid-base and blood gasdisturbance were present in most of them. Acidosis and hypoxia are main. The prognosis of this disease is related with the changes of the value of pHand BE in blood. |
