膝关节骨性关节炎非手术治疗的临床观察

目的观察针刺联合透明质酸钠（sH）治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）的临床疗效。方法将58例KOA患者随机分为A组20例、S组19例及AS组19例。A组采用针刺疗法治疗，S组予关节腔内注射SH治疗，As组予针刺联合关节腔内注射SH治疗。观察3组治疗前后膝关节功能评分情况。结果治疗后2周及随访24周，3组膝关节功能评分均高于治疗前，且AS组高于A组和S组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；A组和S组膝关节功能评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论针刺联合关节腔内注射SH可有效控制KOA患者病情，改善膝关节功能，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of non-surgical treatment on knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate （SH） in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods 58 cases patients with KOA were randomly divided into A group 20 cases, S group 19 cases and AS group 19 cases. A group were treated with acupuncture, S group were treated with intra-articular injection of SH, AS group were treated with acupuncture combined with intra-articular injection of SH. Observed the knee function score of 3 groups before and after treatment. Results 2 weeks after treatment and followed for 24 weeks, the knee function scores of three groups were higher than before treatment, and the knee function scores of AS group was higher than A group and S group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） ; the knee function scores of A and S group had no statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with SH intra-articular injection can effectively control the condition of KOA patients,improve knee function, and worthy of clinical application.
