羚珠脑舒丸治疗风阳上扰型眩晕324例临床观察

目的：观察羚珠脑舒丸治疗风阳上扰型眩晕的临床疗效。方法：324例 VBI 眩晕患者随机分治疗组和对照组。对照组予以盐酸培他啶静滴，口服尼莫地平片和西比灵，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用羚珠脑舒丸。比较临床疗效，治疗前、后椎-基底动脉平均血流速度和不良反应。结果：治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05），两组两侧椎动脉及基底动脉的平均血流速度较治疗前明显升高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01），尤其治疗组变化幅度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。不良反应少。结论：羚珠脑舒丸治疗风阳上扰型眩晕效果明显，不良反应少。

Clinical observation on treating 324 cases of vertigo of Fengyang Shangrao type with the Lingzhu Naoshu pill

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the Lingzhu Naoshu pill on treating vertigo of Fengyang Shangrao type. Methods： 324 cases of VBI vertigo were randomly divided into the treated and the control group. The control group was given hydrochloride pui betahistine intravenous infusion, oral nimodipine tablets and sibeline. The treated group was given the Lingzhu Naoshu pill based on the control group. To compare clinical efficacy, vertebral - basilar artery mean blood flow velocity and adverse reactions before and after treatment. Results：Treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）, mean blood flow velocity on both sides of the vertebral artery and basilar artery of the two groups were significantly higher than before （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, in particular, changes in the treated group were significantly bigger than the control group （P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions were less than the control group. Conclusion：Lingzhu Naoshu pill has significant effect on vertigo of Fengyang Shangrao type and the adverse reaction is little.
