针灸治疗颈性眩晕的临床观察

目的：观察针灸治疗颈性眩晕的临床治疗效果以及治疗方案的稳定性。方法：将来自武汉市中医院80病例随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组用针刺百会、四神聪、晕听区等为基础穴进行辨证加减取穴；对照组口服常规西药治疗2个疗程，撤药后进行疗效比较。结果：两组疗效比较，治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P〈0.01），说明针刺治疗颈性眩晕较西药治疗更具有持久有效性。结论：针刺治疗颈性眩晕有较好的治疗效果。

Clinical observation on treating cervical vertigo by acupuncture

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo as well as the stability of the treatment program. Methods： Divided eighty patients who they come from wuhan traditional chineve medical Hospital into the treated group and the control group randomly. The treated group used dialectical addition and subtraction on the based acupunture point which acupuncture Baihui, sishencong and halo listen area. The control group taked with conventional modern medicine, withdrawal compare the clinical efficacy. Results：Comparise the two groups, the treated group, the total efficiency was better than the control group （P〈0.01）, the acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo more effective than modern medicine treatment. Conclusion：Acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo has a better therapeutic effect.
