血标本采集对血液检验分析的影响及干预措施探讨

目的探讨血标本采集对血液检验的影响及干预措施。方法 2012年6月-2012年12月共采集血液标本32 567份,观察血液标本采集部位、时间、标本量及送检时间等对血液检测结果的影响。结果 35 267份样本发生检测误差67份(0.19%),其中由于采集部位、体位引起检测误差13例(19.40%),血液标本量导致检测误差23例(34.33%),标本放置时间导致检测误差22例(32.84%),患者心理因素导致检测误差9例(13.43%)。结论血标本的采集质量对血液检验分析结果有直接影响,医院应采取积极的护理干预措施以提高血标本采集质量,提高医院血液检验分析的准确性和可靠性。

Impact of blood sample collection on blood test analysis and intervention measures

Objective To investigate the impaet of blood sample collection on blood test analysis and intervention measures. Methods The hospital eolleeted blood samples 32 567 piece from June 2012 - December 2012, observed the impact of blood specimen collection site, time, sample volume and inspection time on the blood test results. Among that, the collection site caused postural detection error 13 eases （ 19.40% ）, blood sample volume resulting detection error 23 eases （ 34.33% ）. Results 35,267 samples occurred detection error 67 samples （0.19%） ,specimen storage time lead detection error 22 eases （32.84%）, patients＂ psychological factors led to detection error 9 eases （ 13.43% ）. Conclusion The quality of blood sam- ples collection has a direct impact on blood test results, hospitals should take positive nursing interventions measures to improve the quality of the blood specimen collection, and improve the accuracy and reliability of blood tests analysis.
