阴道B型超声结合腹部B型超声用于异位妊娠诊断临床分析

目的探讨阴道B型超声结合腹部B型超声诊断异位妊娠（EP）患者的临床应用价值。方法将120例EP患者随机分为试验组和对照组各60例。对照组进行腹部B型超声检查，试验组在对照组基础上，采用阴道B型超声检查。比较2组诊断准确率。结果试验组检查准确率为96．7％高于对照组的85．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论阴道B型超声结合腹部B型超声用于EP的诊断，可提高诊断准确率，为临床诊断和治疗提供有力依据，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of transvaginal B-mode ultrasound combined with abdominal B-mode ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of transvaginal B-mode ultrasound combined with abdominal B-mode ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy（EP）. Methods 120 cases patients with EP were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, esch of 60 cases. Control group were given abdominal B-ultrasound, experi- ment group, on basis of that, were given vaginal B-mode ultrasound. Compared the diagnostic accuracy rate of two groups. Re- suits The diagnostic accuracy rate of experiment group （ 96.7% ） was higher than that of control group （ 85.0% ）, the differ- ence was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Transvaginal B-mode ultrasound combined with abdominal B-ultrasound for the diagnosis of EP can improve diagnostic accuracy, provide a strong basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and worthy of clinical application.
