老年下肢骨折合并2型糖尿病患者的围术期护理体会

目的探讨老年下肢骨折合并2型糖尿病患者围术期护理方法。方法选取2012年1月—2013年5月我科收治的下肢骨折合并糖尿病患者48例,进行围术期护理,包括饮食指导、血糖控制、心理护理、预防并发症发生、指导早期功能锻炼,观察切口愈合和并发症发生情况。结果经过围术期护理,老年下肢骨折合并2型糖尿病患者均安全度过围术期,且切口均为一期愈合,未发生压疮、泌尿系统及肺部感染。结论围术期精心护理配合医生制定周密的治疗方案,可有效促进伤口愈合,预防并发症发生,提高患者生活质量。

Experience in Nursing Elderly Lower Limbs Fracture Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the nursing methods in Peri - operation period in the treatment of elderly lower limbs fracture patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods 48 cases patients of elderly lower limbs fracture with T2DM were given perioperative nursing intervention including preoperative preparations, dietary instruction, blood glucose con- trol, psychological nursing, preventing such complications and guiding early stage dirigation. Incision condition and complica- tions were observed. Moreover operative incisions of 48 cases were primary healing. Results Elderly lower limbs fracture pa- tients with T2DM all undergone peri - operation period safely by perioperative nursing care. Pressure ulcer, urinary tract infec- tion and pulmonary infection were never happened. Conclusion Careful peri - operation period nursing cooperated with mature treatment protocols planned by the doctor can promote wound healing effectively, prevent complications and improve the quality of life.
