益心舒胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的：探讨益心舒胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法：将我院80例慢性充血性心力衰竭的住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均给予阿托伐他汀钙片（北京嘉林药业股份有限公司）10mg/次，1次/d；治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用益心舒胶囊（贵州信邦制药股份有限公司），3粒/次，3次/d，治疗3个月。随访其临床症状及生化相关指标，彩超，左室射血分数（LVEF），并测量6min步行距离（6MHW）评价心功能改善状况。结果：治疗组与对照组比较，治疗后血脂明显下降，改善患者的临床症状，其总有效率明显改善（90.0%vs 77.5%，P〈0.05），其能很好的增加患者的射血分数和提高活动耐力；两组的以上各项指标差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应用益心舒胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗联合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭，能有效控制心功能不全合并高脂血症的临床症状，降低血脂水平，提高心衰患者的生活质量等方面有显著疗效。

Clinical efficacy on treating CHF by atorvastatin and Yixinshu capsule

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin atorvastatin and Yixinshu capsule on treating chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods：80 cases of chronic heart failure hospitalized patients were randomly divided into the treated group and control group, both groups take the atorvastatin, 10mg each time, 1 time per night, on the basis of the conventional treatment, and the treated group takes Yixinshu capsule, 3 capsules each time, 3 times per day. After the treatment for 3 months, follow up the clinical symptoms, biochemical indexes, colour duplex ultrasonography, and calculate the EF values, and to measure 6 min walking distance. Results：After 3 months treatment, the two groups were compared, blood lipids：of all cases were depressed obviously after treatment;ameliorated the clinic symptoms of the patients obvious, the total effective rate obviously is improved （90.0%vs 77.5%, P〈0.05）;could obviously improve the cardiac function and LVEF, build up your endurance. The two groups had statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treated group on the basic treatment of modern medicine, atorvastatin and Yixinshu capsule could lower blood lipids level, stability vulnerable plaques, control the clinical symptoms of heart failure combined hyperlipidemia, improve the quality of life in patients with heart failure.
