火鍉针结合体针治疗痤疮临床疗效观察

目的：观察火鍉针结合体针治疗痤疮临床疗效。方法：将34例病人按照皮损类型与皮损数量分为5度分别打分，采用火鍉针结合体针的方法治疗，治疗3个疗程后采用“疗效标准”判定疗效。结果：34例中，显效19例，占55.9%；良效10例，占29.4%；有效5例，占14.7%；总有效率为100%。结论：火鍉针结合体针治疗痤疮疗效确切，值得进一步研究和应用。

Clinical observation on treating acne with Huodi acupuncture combined with body acupuncture

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating acne with Huodi acupuncture combined with body acupuncture. Methods：The 34 patients in accordance with the type and number of the skin lesions are divided into 5 degrees, respectively scored, treated with the Huodi acupuncture combined with body acupuncture.Then judge the curative effect according to the curative standard after three courses of treatment. Results：In 34 cases, the results showed markedly effective in 19 cases, accounting for 55.9%;good effect in 10 cases, accounting for 29.4%;effective in 5 cases, accounting for 14.7%. The total efficiency was 100%. Conclusion：Huodi acupuncture combnied with body acupuncture has the exact curative effect in the treatment of acne. It is worth further researching and application.
