跟骨骨折35例切开复位钢板内固定疗效分析

目的：总结跟骨骨折切开复位钢板固定手术的适应证及围术期处理的手术治疗经验。方法：对Sander＇s II、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折33例37足进行切开复位，人工骨植骨内固定配合中药内服治疗，内固定方法均采用Y型解剖钢板，2例IV型跟骨骨折采用三关节融合治疗。疗效评定标准采用Mayo后足与踝部评分系统。结果：35例39足骨折术后获6～15个月随访，患足功能优32足（82.05%），良7足（18.95%）。切口术后两组愈合，无并发症发生。结论：切开复位、人工骨植骨、钢板内固定配合中药内服可作为治疗跟骨骨折的良好选择，中药围术期使用可以降低手术并发症的出现。

Clinical analysis of 35 cases of calcaneal fracture by the open reduction and internal fixation

Objective：To summarize the calcaneal fractures by open reduction and plate fixation of indications and perioperative surgical treatment experience. Methods： Sander’s II, III, IV type calcaneal fracture 33 cases of 37 feet for open reduction and internal fixation with bone TCM treatment, fixation methods includes Y-type anatomical plates, two cases of type IV calcaneal fracture by three arthrodesis. The evaluation criteria adopted Mayo foot and ankle after scoring system. Results：35 cases of 39 foot fracture surgery was 6 to 15 months follow-up, the risk of foot function excellent in 32 feet （82.05%）, good in 7 feet （18.95%）. Wound healing after the two groups, with no complications. Conclusion：Open reduction, bone grafting, and internal fixation with TCM medicine oral can be used as a good choice for calcaneal fractures to reduce surgical complications.
