血府逐瘀汤合生脉饮对急性心肌梗死介入术后再灌注损伤的防治

目的：探讨血府逐瘀汤合生脉饮防治急性心肌梗死患者介入术后再灌注损伤的疗效。方法：采用随机对照试验方法，将60例行急诊介入诊疗的急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者随机分为三组：每组均在常规治疗基础上加用中药汤剂口服治疗，血府逐瘀汤组加用血府逐瘀汤口服，生脉饮组加用生脉饮口服，治疗组加用血府逐瘀汤合生脉饮口服，疗程7d。观察三组再灌注损伤事件（血管无再流或慢再流、再灌注心律失常、心功能不全及严重的心血管事件）发生情况及临床疗效。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组术后l2h内心律失常的发生率明显低于其他两组（P〈0.05），左室射血分数较其他两组显著升高（P〈0.05）。三组间严重心血管事件发生情况无显著性差异。三组均未见严重不良反应。结论：血府逐瘀汤合生脉饮防治急性心肌梗死介入术后再灌注损伤效果优于单用血府逐瘀汤或生脉饮。

Prevention of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Shengmai decoction on treating AMI after interventional reperfusion injury

Objective：To investigate the effect on treating acute myocardial infarction （AMI） after interventional reperfusion injury by Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Shengmai decoction. Methods：By using the method of randomized controlled trials, acute ST, 60 cases underwent emergency interventional diagnosis and therapy in ST-elevation myocardial infarction patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, each group is on the basis of conventional therapy combined with TCM decoction oral treatment. Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group was treated with Xuefuzhuyu decoction, shengmai group were treated by Shengmai oral, the treated group was treated with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction combined with Shengmai oral, and the course of treatment was 7 days. Observed 3 groups of reperfusion injury events （Cardiovascular events in vascular no flow or slow flow again, reperfusion arrhythmia, heart failure and severe） occurrence and clinical effect. Results：Compared with the control group, the treatment group after 12h heart arrhythmia incidence was significantly lower than the other two groups （P〈0.05）, left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than the other two groups （P〈0.05）. Serious cardiovascular events between the 3 groups had no significant differences;The 3 groups were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion：Xuefu Zhuyu decoction intervention combined with Shengmai decoction in treatment of AMI and reperfusion injury is better than single use of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction or shengmaiyin.
