半夏泻心汤加味治疗26例胃脘痛临床疗效观察

目的：观察半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃脘痛临床疗效。方法：选择2011年2月～2012年6月我院门诊52例胃脘痛患者为研究对象，平均分为两组，各26例，观察组患者采用半夏泻心汤加味治疗4W；对照组患者采用口服西沙比利和奥美拉唑胶囊治疗4W。结果：观察组患者总有效率为96.15%，对照组总有效率为69.23%，停药1个月后，观察组没有复发病例，对照组有4例，复发率为22.22%。结论：根据中医辨证论治的原理采用半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃脘痛，具有标本兼治，各个击破的原理。全方“和胃降逆、开结除痞”，运用辛开苦降，辅以活血理气，寒热互用调其阴阳，苦辛并进复其升降，补泻兼施调其虚实，因此，邪去正安，促进脾胃功能恢复正常，而且近期无复发病例，值得临床推广运用。

Clinical efficacy observation on treating 26 cases of epigastralgia with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction

Objective：To investigate clinical effects of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction on treating epigastralgia. Methods：52 cases from February 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital were divided into control group and treated group, 26 for each, the treated group was given the modified Banxia Xiexin decoction for 4 weeks, while the control group was given the oral cisapride and omeprazole capsules for 4 weeks. Results： The total efficiency in the treated group was 96.15%, 69.23% in the control, Stop the medication after 1 month, No recurrence in observation group, 4 cases in the control group, the recurrence rate was 22.22%. Conclusion：The modified Banxia Xiexin decoction was effective in treating epigastralgia, worthy of a wide clinical application.
