调和饮对绝经前乳腺癌PR（＋）ER（＋）HER-2（-）子宫内膜的影响

目的：探讨中药自拟方调和饮对绝经前经手术放化疗后口服内分泌药物三苯氧胺的乳腺癌患者子宫内膜的影响，为临床提供资料。方法：选取2011年1月～2011年12月期间，黑龙江中医药大学附属二院肿瘤科符合纳入及排除标准的乳腺癌患者60例。选取住院天数、中医临床症状、辅助检查结果等相对完整的患者随机分为对照组（只口服他莫昔芬），治疗组（口服他莫昔芬同时口服调和饮）各30例，并就收集的资料进行统计分析。结果：①治疗组治疗前子宫内膜厚度为（4.13±1.55），治疗后子宫内膜为（5.83±2.32），与治疗前相比有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。②治疗后两组子宫内膜的比较治疗组为（5.83±2.32），对照组为（8.70±2.87），经统计学分析有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：调和饮对于绝经前手术放化疗后乳腺癌口服他莫昔芬所致子宫内膜的变化经统计学分析有明显改善作用。

Effects of the Tiaohe decoction on premenopausal breast cancer PR (+) ER (+) HER-2 (-) endometrium

Objective： To investigate the effect in treating chemotherapy after operation of oral endocrine medicine tamoxifen uterine endometrium in patients with breast cancer by TCM self-made decoction, to provide data for clinical. Methods：From 2011 January to 2011 December in Department of oncology, the second affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of Chinese Medicine in line with the 60 cases of breast cancer patients into and exclusion standard, select the days of hospitalization, clinical symptoms, the results of auxiliary examinations were randomly divided into control group （only oral tamoxifen）, the treatment group （oral tamoxifen and oral mixed drink） with 30 cases in each, Statistical analysis were made based on data. Results： ①The treatment group before treatment, endometrial thickness was （4.13±1.55）, after treatment of endometrium was （5.83±2.32）, there was significant difference compared with before treatment （P〈0.01）. ②After the treatment of two groups of endometrial comparison of treatment group was （5.83±2.32）, control group was （8.70±2.87）, statistically significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Tiaohe decoction was effective on treating chemotherapy after operation of oral endocrine medicine tamoxifen uterine endometrium in patients with breast cancer.
