| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺配合穴位注射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：治疗组45例采用针刺配合穴位注射治疗，对照组42例予以针刺治疗。结果：治疗组的治愈率和总有效率均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺配合穴位注射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病具有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with point injection on treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods： The treated group 45 cases were given acupuncture combined with point injection treatment; control group 42 cases were given acupuncture treatment. Results： The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with point injection was effective on treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. |
