自然绝经女性的中医体质与雌二醇的关系

目的：旨在了解太仓地区绝经女性自然绝经女性中医体质与雌二醇之间的关系。方法：用随机整群法抽取由太仓市某社区管理的自然绝经女性130人，经统一问卷评定中医体质后用电化学发光法测定血清雌二醇和卵泡刺激素，分析其关系。结果：①体质类型分别为平和型95例（73.1%），气虚型9例（6.9%），气郁型5例（3.8%），血瘀型5例（3.8%），阳虚型4例（3.1%），阴虚型12例（9.2）；②KMI分值在6种体质组间有统计学意义（x2＝23.150，P〈0.01）；③不同绝经年限组间有统计学意义（x2＝13.063，P＝0.005）；④雌二醇在6类体质组间有统计学意义（x2＝11.458，P=0.043）。结论：本地区自然绝经女性偏颇体质以阴虚、气虚为主；高水平的雌二醇可能加重有偏颇体质女性的经断前后诸症症状。

The relationship between TCM constitution of natural menopause women and estradiol

Objective：Aims to understand the relationship between TCM constitution of Taicang natural menopause women and estradiol. Methods：130 cases of natural menopause women from a community in Taicang were siphoned, assessment the TCM constitution through unified questionnaire, then survey and evaluate serum estradiol and follicle-stimulating hormone by electrochemiluminescence, analyze its relationship. Results： ①Physical type divided into mild type 95 cases （73.1%）, Deficiency type 9 cases （6.9%）, Qiyu type 5 cases （3.8%）, blood stasis type 5 cases （3.8%）, yangxu type 4 cases （3.1%）, yin deficiency type 12 cases （9.2）; ②KMI scores between the six kinds of physique was statistically significant （x2=23.150, P〈0.01）; ③different groups was statistically significant （x2=13.063, P=0.005）; ④estradiol was statistically significant between the 6 groups （x2=11.458, P=0.043）. Conclusion： The constitution of natural menopause women in this region was mainly of Qixu and Yinxu; high levels of estradiol may increase a woman’s physique biased by breaking perimenstrual symptoms.
