温针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

目的：观察针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效，比较温针及单纯针刺的疗效差异。方法：将计入统计的62例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为针刺组和温针组，每组31例。均取双侧肾俞、夹脊穴及患侧环跳、委中、阿是穴，1次/d，10次为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后下腰痛评分标准（JOA评分）及McGill疼痛量表评分变化情况。结果：两组患者治疗后JOA评分均明显上升（P〈0.01），McGill疼痛量表各项评分均明显下降（均P〈0.01），且温针组在提高JOA评分和降低VAS评分方面优于针刺组（P〈0.05）。结论：温针治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效，与常规针刺组相比，其在提高患者痛阈方面疗效更加显著。

Clinical curative effect observation on treating lumbar disc herniation with warm acupuncture in Jiaji point

Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture on treating lumbar disc herniation and compare the curative effect difference between warm acupuncture and simple acupuncture. Methods：62 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into acupuncture group and warm acupuncture, 31 for each. Both groups were select bilateral Shenyu point, Jiaji point and the affected side Huantiao, Weizhong, Ashi point, 1 time a day, 10 times for 1 course. Changes of low back pain score （JOA score） and the McGill pain scale score between two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results：After treatment, JOA scores of two groups were significantly increased （P〈0.01）, the McGill Pain Questionnaire scores were significantly decreased （all P〈0.01）, warm acupuncture group in improving JOA scores and lower VAS score better than the acupuncture group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is safe and effective, compared with conventional acupuncture group, warm acupuncture in improving the pain threshold of patients has more significant effect.
