戊酸雌二醇在药物流产中的应用价值

目的观察戊酸雌二醇在药物流产中的应用价值。方法将70例确诊为稽留流产的患者随机分为试验组和对照组各35例。试验组予戊酸雌二醇+米非司酮+米索前列醇口服治疗,对照组予米非司酮+米索前列醇口服治疗。比较2组排胎时间、清宫术出血量、组织物残留率及清宫率的差异。结果试验组排胎时间短于对照组,清宫术出血量少于对照组,组织物残留率低于对照组,清宫率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论戊酸雌二醇联合米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Value of estradiol valerate in drug abortion

Objective To observe the value of estradiol valerate in drug abortion. Methods 70 cases patients of missed abortion were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, each of 35 cases. Experiment group were given estradiol valerate ＋ mifepristone ＋ misoprostol oral treatment, control group were given oral mifepristone ＋ misoprostol treatment. And compared the apoboling blastula time, the vaginal bleeding amount, tissue residues rate and curettage rate of two groups. Results The apoboling blastula time of experiment group was shorter than that of control group, the vaginal bleeding amount of experiment group was less than control group, tissue residues rate and curettage rate of experiment group were higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Estradiol valerate combined with mifepristone and misoprostol is safe and effective in drug abortion,worthy of clinical application.
