护理干预在患者腹部手术后疼痛中的应用研究

目的探讨护理干预在腹部手术患者术后疼痛中的护理效果,总结护理经验。方法将80例腹部手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组实施护理干预,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较2组患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量和对护理质量满意度等。结果观察组护理效果明显好于对照组,例如观察组患者术后疼痛程度显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预可以减轻腹部手术患者的术后疼痛,改善术后睡眠质量,提高对护理质量满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Study on Application of Nursing Intervention in Patients with Abdominal Postoperative Pain

Objective To explore the effects of the nursing intervention in patients with abdominal postoperative pain,and to sum up the nursing experience.Methods 80 cases of patients with abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the investigation group（40 cases） and the control group（40 cases）.The former took the nursing intervention,patients in control group received routine nursing care for pain,and then compared the nursing effect of them,including the degree of pain、sleep quality and satisfaction to quality of care nurses.Results The nursing effects of investigation group were better than that of the control group,such as the pain in the investigation group was significantly milder than that of control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with abdominal surgery can Reduce postoperative pain,Improve the quality of sleep,improve satisfaction to quality of care nurses,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
