快速血糖仪和全血生化分析仪测定血糖结果的临床研究

目的 比较2种方法检测血糖结果有无差异.方法 对110例糖尿病患者,先后采用血糖仪和全血生化分析仪测定空腹血糖和早餐后2h血糖,对其结果进行比较分析.结果 血糖仪检侧空腹血糖和早餐后2h血糖结果稍高于生化仪检侧结果(P>0.05).结论 采用正确的快速血糖仪检测方法可准确的反映出血浆中真实的血糖水平.

The Clinical Study of Fast Blood Glucose Meter and Blood Biochemical Analyzer Measured for Blood Glucose

Objective To compare whether there is difference between the blood glucose with two methods.Methods The postprandial blood glucose and 2-hour fasting blood glucose of 110 included of diabetes were measured with fast blood glucose meter and biochemical analyzer,the results were compared.Results Fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose with fast blood glucose meter were slightly higher than the biochemical test results（P0.05）;Two detection methods and their fasting plasma glucose 2h postprandial blood glucose compared,There were significant difference between fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in two methods（P0.05）.Conclusion Fast blood glucose meter can accurately reflect the true plasma glucose levels with the correct detection methods.
