肺一丸对小鼠移植瘤VEGF的表达及肺转移相关性研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨血管生成因子的表达对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长及肺转移的影响 ,以及肺一丸对其干预作用。方法 :采用LA795肺腺癌皮下接种T73 9小鼠模型。灌胃及腹腔给药法 ,观察中药肺一丸对肿瘤血管生成、VEGF的表达及肺转移的抑制作用。结果 :肺一丸能够抑制荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长 ,高剂量抑瘤率为 49 6% ;降低血管密度 ,肺转移抑制率为 47 62 %。结论 :肺一丸能够通过调控肿瘤VEGF的表达 ,抑制肿瘤血管生成 ,起到抑制肿瘤生长和抗转移作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of Feiyiwan on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), tumor growth and the degree of lung metastasis in mice.METHODS:the model of LA795 lung carcinoma in mice was established and was treated with various dosage of Feiyiwan.By using the immunohistochemical technique,VEGF protein positive expression rate,tumor growth rate and the degree of lung metastasis were determined.RESULTS:Feiyiwan inhibited the growth of LA795 lung carcinoma in mice.The tumor inhibiting rate of high-dose Feiyiwan was 49.6%.The inhibition rate of lung metastasis was 47.62% and VEGF protein expression rate decreased significantly.CONCLUSION:Feiyiwan can powerfully inhibit the tumor growth and lung cancer metastasis by regulating the VEGF protein expression.
