| 摘 要： | 目的:采用紫外分光光度法测定乙酰螺旋霉素片中乙酰螺旋霉素的含量.方法:采用pH3.0的盐酸溶液作溶剂,检测波长为230nm.结果:供试品浓度在5～60μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系;方法平均回收率:99.8%,RSD=0.2%(n=6).结论:本法简便,灵敏,准确,可作为该制剂的快速测定方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: UV spectrophotometry can be applied to determination in acetylspiramycin tablets. Method: The acetyl-spiramycin is solved by pH3. 0 hydrochloric acid. Detection wavelength of 230nm was specified. Result: A methodological survey pointed out there is a good linearity between 5 to 60 of acetylspiramycin units per ml. The corresponding average recovery is 99. 8%,RSD 0. 2 %(n = 6). Conclusion : The method was found to be simple, rapid, accurate and for determination of acetylspiramycin tablets in its suppositories. |
