| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑卒中后癫痫的临床特征。方法对74例脑卒中继发癫痫患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果脑卒中后癫痫的发生率为9.4%,其中脑卒中早期癫痫发作者占64.86%,晚期癫痫发作者占35.13%,位于脑叶、累及大脑皮质者癫痫发生率较高占66.2%,其他部位相比有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论脑卒中后癫痫发生与病程和病变部位有关,早期癫痫发作药物治疗半年后才渐停用,晚期发作应进行长期正规抗癫痫药物治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical feature of epilepsy after cerebral apoplexy.Methods The clinical datas of 74 cases with epilepsy after cerebral apoplexy were analysed retrospectively.Results The incidence of epilepsy after cerebral apoplexy is 9.4%,including early epilepsy 64.8% and late epilepsy 66.2%.The incidence in Lobe of brain and cerebral cortex is 66.2%.There was significant diffenence compared with other spots(p<0.01).Conclusion The epilepsy after cerebral apoplexy is related with course and spots ... |
