| 摘 要： | 目的讨论CT引导下经皮非经血管穿刺活检的临床应用价值、技术要点及经验教训。方法在CT引导下采用美国巴德公司Mngnum活检枪及活检针对诊断困难的36例患者进行穿刺活检。穿刺部位包括颈部1例,胸部16例,腹部12例,躯干四肢7例。结果 36例病变,穿刺成功率97.22%(35/36),确诊率为97.22%(35/36)。结论 CT引导下穿刺活检简单易行、定位准确、安全性高、成功率高、并发症少。但要求医师术前准备充分,手法熟练,避免反复穿刺以增加成功率减少并发症发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical application value and technic point and indoctrinate of percutaneous biopsy under CT guidance.Method CT guidance percutaneous biopsy was performed in 36 patients which couldn＇t diagnosis clearly in Mngnum biopsy needle and gun was made in USA Bard company.Lesions were located in neck（n=1）,chest（n=16）,abdomen（n=12）,trunk and extremity（n=7）.Results 36 lesions were done,the successful rate was 97.22%（35/36）,the defined diagnostic rate was 97.22%（35/36）.Conclusion The technique of percutaneous biopsy under CT guidance is simple,orientation nicety,safe,high successful rate and only a few complications.But it need doctors were prepared sufficiency,a sleight of hand,avert repeat puncture and lessen syndrome. |
