大黄藿苓汤对腺嘌呤致大鼠慢性肾衰PDGF、bFGF表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨大黄藿苓汤对慢性肾衰大鼠肾脏的保护作用及机制。方法:采用腺嘌呤造模,设空白组、模型组、治疗1、2组。结果:治疗1、2组肾脏病理改变较模型组轻,尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、PDGF表达较模型组低(P<0.05);治疗1组bFGF表达较模型组减少(P<0.05)。结论:大黄藿苓汤对腺嘌呤致慢性肾衰大鼠肾脏有保护作用,且早期用药优于晚期用药。其机制可能是抑制PDGF、bFGF表达。

Abstract:Objective:It is to explore the protective function of Da Huang Huo Ling Targ on Chronic Renal Failure of rat .Method:Build the model by using adenine.Divide the models into normal group,model group,medicated group 1 and medicated group 2.Result:The pathology changes of the medicated group 1 and 2 were lighter than the control group.Blood Urea Nitrogen(BUN),creatinine and uric acid are lower than the model control group(P<0.05).bFGF expressions in medicated group 1 were less than that it in model group(P<0.05)?Conclusion:Da Huang Huo Ling Tang has protective function on Chronic Renal Failure in rat kidney caused by adenine.Early medication is more effective than later period.Its mechanism can be the restraint in PDGF and bFGF expressions.
