前列腺炎的腺体血管彩色多普勒超声影象特点

目的 探讨前列腺腺体动脉血流，及它们与前列腺炎症的组织学表现特点。方法 采用经直肠彩色多普勒检测前列腺腺体动脉，实验分为正常组25例，平均年龄32岁，前列腺炎组42例，平均年龄34．5岁，重点检测腺体的尿道动脉血流速度，结果，炎症组的尿道动脉收缩期最大流速明显高于对照组（P＜0．001），RI也显著高于对照组（P＜0．05），而动脉的舒张期最小流速与对照组相比无显著差异P＞0．05，结论 经直肠彩色多普勒可较好的显示前列腺体内动脉血流，特别是尿道动脉，为前列腺炎的诊断和治疗提供较客观的依据。

Vascular Characteristics of Prostatitis Examined with Color Doppler US

Objective To investigate the blood flow and vascular characteristics, as well as their histological features in the case of prostatitis. Methods 42 cases of prostatitis ( average age 34.5 years old)and 25 cases of normal control (average age 32 years old) were investigated with color Doppler US transrectally. The examined parameters were composed of peak systolic velocity, mini diastolic velocity, and resistive indexes. Results The peak systolic velocity in the group of prostatitis is significantly higher than that in the normal control( P <0.001). The resistive indexes in the group of prostatitis is also higher significantly with P <0.05. However, the mini diastolic velocity changed insignificantly( P >0.05). Conclusion The transrectal color Doppler US can depict vascular anatomy and blood flow of prostate clearly, especially the blood flow of urethra arterial. This facilitates the diagnosis of prostatitis and provides a therapeutic clue for prostatitis. [
