增殖诱导配体mRNA在系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血单个核细胞的表达

目的 检测增殖诱导配体（APRIL）mRNA在系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）的表达水平，探讨APRIL在SLE发病中的意义。方法 采用半定量RT-PCR法检测36例SLE患者及17例正常人PBMC的APRILmRNA表达，并与SLE疾病活动指数（SLEDAI）进行相关性分析。结果 SLE患者活动期组和非活动期组APRIL mRNA表达水平均明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），活动期组较非活动期组增高更明显（P〈0．01）；SLE患者APRILmRNA表达水平与SLEDAI评分呈正相关（r=0．6725，P〈0．01）。结论 SLE患者APRILmRNA表达水平的增高，可能在SLE的发病机制中具有重要作用。

Expression of APRIL mRNA in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective To detect the expression of a proliferation-inducing ligand(APRIL) mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and to explore the role of APRIL in the SLE.Methods The expression of APRIL mRNA in PBMC from 36 patients with SLE and 17 normal controls was examined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.The correlation between the expression of APRIL mRNA and SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI) was assessed.Results The level of APRIL mRNA in PBMCs was significantly increased in the active and inactive SLE groups as compared with that in the normal control group(P<0.05,P<0.01,respectively).The expression of APRIL mRNA in the active SLE group was higher than in the inactive SLE group(P<0.01).The expression of APRIL mRNA in SLE patients had a significantly positive correlation with SLEDAI score(r=0.672 5,P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of APRIL mRNA might play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE.
