| 摘 要： | 急性瘫痪是小儿神经系统疾病常见症状之一,病因多种多样.目前,手足口病、颅内感染、脑卒中等成为导致急性瘫痪的主要原因.及时治疗原发病,早期实施运动功能的康复,可预防和减少运动残疾.

| Abstract: | Acute paralysis is one of commonest childhood neurological diseases with multiple etiologies.The hand foot mouth disease,intracranial infection,stroke and so forth become the main causes of acute paralysis.Timely treatment of the primary disease and early implementation of the motor function rehabilitation can prevent and decrease motor disability. |
