常欣卫口服液抗应激及提高免疫功能的研究

摘    要:目的观察常欣卫口服液抗应激作用及对免疫功能的影响。方法①采用小鼠负荷游泳试验、小鼠常压耐缺氧试验,观察常欣卫口服液对正常小鼠及利血平脾虚小鼠抗疲劳作用,及对正常小鼠及大黄脾虚小鼠耐缺氧作用。②采用小鼠血液碳粒廓清试验、小鼠溶血素形成试验、环磷酰胺致小鼠白细胞减少模型,观察上述药物对免疫功能的影响。结果①常欣卫口服液有显著提高正常小鼠及利血平脾虚小鼠游泳时间的作用。②常欣卫口服液对正常小鼠有提高常压耐缺氧、延长小鼠生存时间的作用;中剂量对大黄脾虚小鼠常压缺氧的死亡时间有延长作用。③常欣卫口服液有明显提高正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用;高剂量有提高正常小鼠溶血素生形成的作用;对环磷酰胺致小鼠白细胞减少有升高白细胞数的作用。结论常欣卫口服液有一定的抗疲劳、抗缺氧及提高免疫功能的作用。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the effect on anti-stress and the influence in improving immune function of Changxinwei Oral Liquid(CXWOL).Methods ① Load swimming test in mice,anti-hypoxia test were used to observe the effects of CXWOL on anti-fatigue,anti-hypoxia in normal mice,in mice with spleen deficiency induced by reserpine,in mice with spleen deficiency induced by Rhubarb.② The blood carbon clearance test in mice,hemolysin formation test in mice,leukopenia model in mice induced by cyclophosphamide were used to observe the effects of CXWOL on immune function.Results ① CXWQL had obvious effect in increasing the swimming time in mice,and had the role of same in reserpine spleen deficiency mice.② CXWOL could significantly prolonged the time of death in hypoxia in mice.CXWOL medium dose had obvious effects in prolonged the time of death in hypoxia in Rhubarb spleen deficiency mice.③ CXWOL could significantly enhanced phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages.CXWOL(high dose) had increased the formation of hemolysin in mice;CXWOL on leukopenia in mice had elevated the role of white blood cell count.Conclusion CXWOL have certain effects on anti-fatigue,anti-hypoxia and improve immune function.
