原发性肺癌患者血清骨钙素水平与骨转移关系的研究

 目的　观察血清骨钙素(Osteocalcin)水平对预示骨转移的价值。方法　应用CAP系统检测70例原发性肺癌和18例正常人血清骨钙素水平。结果　肺癌病人与正常人以及不同细胞类型肺癌之间血清骨钙素水平无明显差异(P＞0.05)，但肺癌伴有骨转移者血清骨钙素水平(6.12±1.68ng/ml)明显高于无骨转移者(4.78±1.50ng/ml)。结论　血清骨钙素检测对预示肺癌发生骨转移有参考价值。

Study of the Relationship between the Serum Osteocalcin Level of Primary Lung Cancer Patients and Their Bone Metastasis

Objective To observe the predicting value of serum osteocalcin level for bone metastasis.Methods Apply CAP system to detect the serum osteocalcin level of seventy primary lung cancer patients and eighteen normal subjects.The results showed that the serum osteocalcin level had no significant difference betwween lung cancer patients and normal subjects ,and also among different cell types of lung cancer( P>0 05 ).The osteocalcin level of lung cancer patients with bone metastasis were signcantly higher than those without bone metastasis( P <0 05).Conclusion Serum osteocalcin level had reference value in the predicting of bone metastasis of lung cancer.
