| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨提高肾盂铸形结石碎石成功率的微创治疗方法.方法:采用输尿管肾镜气压弹道碎石,术中留置双J管,术后配合ESWL治疗肾盂铸形结石32例(34个肾).结果:碎石成功率达100%,6例结石排净率100%,结石最小排净率76.2%,结石总排净率为90.1%,无严重并发症发生.结论:该方法结石排净率高,创伤轻微,手术并发症少,是肾盂铸形结石较为理想的治疗方法之一.

| Abstract: | Purpose:To evaluate a minimal invasion treatment for pyelolithiasis.Methods:32 cases of pyelolithiasis (34 kidneys) were treated by ureteroscopy ballast lithotripsy,and double J catheter was placed during operation, and then followed by postoperative ESWL. The stone surface area and the stone free rates were calculated.Results:The successful rate of lithotripsy were 100% in all the cases, the stone free rate were 100% in 6 cases and 76.2 % in other patients, and the total stone free rate was 90.1 %.Conclusions:This combined treatment had high stone free rate with minimal invasion and less complications and was an ideal treatment for pyelolithiasis. |
